I am dissatisfied with the cabinet purchased at your shop and would like to have an exchange.
该橱柜的门不能正常的关闭与锁紧。
The said door of the cabinet could not be securely closed.
这导致该橱柜不符合适用的品质, 并且与陈列的样本具有区别, 违反消费者法规品质保障。
This means that the cabinet is not fit for purpose and deviate from the sample that was on display. This breaches the guarantee provisions of the consumer protection law.
橱柜有关部位的照片随信附加。付加文件也包括购买橱柜的收据。
Photos of the cabinet are attached. Also attached includes the purchase receipt.
